Mr. Steed has been in mortgage banking and related fields since 1962 and Ms. Logsdon has been in mortgage banking since 1972.GTEC is actually comprised of two corporations. General Title & Escrow Company is a Virginia Corporation that serves clients in the Commonwealth of Virginia. General Title and Escrow Company of Maryland is a Maryland Corporation that serves clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Tammy has been with GTEC since February 2003. Prior to earning her Title Agent License, Tammy was a stay-at-home Mom with her young son, Patrick, now 9. She began her career in real estate as a Closing Manager with a national mortgage company in 1984.
