GTEC provides settlement services for residential home purchases and refinanced loans (conventional, FHA & VA), commercial loans, FHA 203k loans, FNMA and FHA reverse mortgage loans, and witness closings.

We can prepare and fax to you a preliminary HUD-1 to assist you with cost estimates for your client.

Title Insurance is written exclusively through First American Title Insurance Company.

Every settlement is conducted by a licensed title agent. If one of our offices is not convenient, for a small fee we can provide settlements in your office or the client's.
